My biggest fan

Over the past few months, it seems like I’ve run across so many cool folded paper-type projects that I finally had to try my hand at some and see how they turned out.  Inspiration - and yes, instructions - came from a few places, among them, these gorgeous creatures on Etsy:

Apartment Therapy’s re-nest.com had a slightly different take, for using old magazines.

And wouldn’t you know that flickr would have some amazing things?  I guess I’m the last one to this particular party.

I love this one so much.

Elle Decoration did a roundup of some incredible work as well.  Michael Bom is particularly fun, even if some of his work is a little more delicate than my tastes normally run.  How could anyone not be inspired by the versatility of paper, when you see what can be done with it?  Now, how to get my own first bits put to good use…?
